Our application was complicated because our services don’t match any of the established trade descriptions. Licenses Etc. worked with us to initially prepare a submit a conservative application, requiring three specialties. After submission of the application, we successfully worked together with a Miami-Dade County official to narrow the scope of the application. We received our Business Certificate of Competency immediately after attending a meeting of the Construction Trades Qualifying Board. The process could not have worked out better.
