It’s Time to File Your Annual Report  in North Carolina 

 It’s that time of year again! Annual reports in North Carolina are due April 15th for LLCs, most corporations, and other business entities  

Note: Any 2021 Annual Reports and fees will not be considered delinquent if received by June 15th. Howeverit is encouraged that you to file online by April 15th.

If this entity is not doing business and you would like to be relieved from filing Annual Reports this year or in the future, then you should dissolve this limited liability company by filing form LLC-07 before the report is due. Instructions can be found here 

Before June 15th, the standard fee to file an annual report online for a corporation is $20 and $202 for a limited liability company
